You are an adult, she is an adult. You have an adult conversation about it.

No trying to persuade or cajole shit. Just ask them about fantasies and if they'd consider it. If they say no, drop the subject.

Simple answer...you cannot "get" someone involved.

Longer answer....talk about fantasies, if there is any sign that they are curious about any aspect of swinging then you can try duscussing how you might turn that fantasy into reality.

But in the end...if they are not interested then you cannot change that and should respect it.

In my case, my wife came up to me in the kitchen and asked how I would feel if she had a lover. But that was after we discussed non monogamy before we got together so not out of the blue.
