Hi ladies

H here, what can I do in the gym that will make my legs even stronger when riding my man? Just squats or is there anything else?

I live in a very hilly area so I walk everywhere...that helps

you might want to try yoga as well

Horse riding is a good one however bit hard to fit the horse in the gym

Plent of squats, changing your stand so do feet close together and wide apart....lunges...leg extensions....quite a few good examples on youtube too
