I'm very curious about the dom scene, and after a brief experience in the dungeon at Quest I want more!

Anyone out there looking for an inexperienced victim?

You have two options:

Pop to a munch or bdsm club and watch and learn.

Otherwise pay for lessons

Practice and watch and learn.

I've tough people at clubs and privately. The best way to start is introducing yourself into a munch.
