Put a status up about wanting your latest pic fabbed.

It will appear on your local updates and will hopefully get you more fabs.

Just do what lots of others do: Send friend requests to as many single guys as possible, like 1000s (make sure you hide your friend summary so they all feel special). You'll be on the front page every time you upload a new pic.

If you have a pic that's particularly popular, wait until it loses momentum, delete it, re-upload after a few days and back to the top you'll go.

OP, being slightly more serious. You can send out and accept lots of friend requests. And go on cam lots. And update your status frequently. But to be honest, sometimes if a photo is liked it happens without any of those things happening. You might just post at the right time. I have six friends, I don't really update my status and have appeared a few times at the top. Is it really that important? I'd much rather have fabs from those I fancy.
