Is this not a straight forward case of deception. ? You state that you want people to view houses that they have no intention of buying and in addition you are going to use their house for sex.

Wby not just book a travelodge .

I do not think that I would want to lose my job over a random sex encounter for being in someones house that I had no right to be in.

Estate agents have a difficult job to do. People want maxinum price for their house yet resent their fees .

Actions such as what you propose will hardly enhance their reputation.

Don't think this thread went the way you had hoped. Just keep your fingers crossed that one of your bosses isn't on here either singly or as part of a couple. The point you have missed is that, as horny as it might sound in your brain, it is a serious breach of trust, in a profession that already has image/trust issues with people buying/selling houses. Single, unaccompanied women have gone missing after making appointments to view properties. Further more, no one wants to wonder if, whilst they have been at work, the estate agent had mis-used their home in any way.
