Been guilty of marks on wall from vigorous fucking.

Spotted a few on my travels down the years. Eg: worked in few houses, master bed rooms .And noticed fellow vigorous fuckers.

Solid wooden bed frame so it doesn't move!

Deliberate purchase for just that reason lol!!

Other option is to have a headboard fitted to the wall. Solves all problems
