They would be more risky for the woman and the other men who didn't use condoms. The risk would be minimised for those using a condom but not risk free.

some do choose to. Personally Mr or a friend would watch to make sure all the guys were..

I've never been to one where anyone other than a girls bf penetrates without a condom. They are very safety conscious as we all ought to be.

I would imagine they can be risky. It's up to the person being gangbanged to make sure they are safe. As others have said, that means someone checking the guys for condoms.
