Depends what gist the phrase was metioned in. If I popped round someone's house and smelt the most delicious aroma coming from the kitchen and they appeared complete with oven gloves on and said, "I think you need a bloody good feed", I don't think I'd argue one bit!

I don't see how this is a 'look at me' thread at all

Some people do find it offensive when remarks about 'needing a good feed' are made. I've never had it said to me but I have witnessed such remarks on here not so long ago and it just isn't on.

If the OP had posted that they were being abused for being overweight then I'm guessing views on the subject would have been somewhat... 'different'

I am not every man's come of tea either in the swinging world or in the dating world.. I am me and I love me well some bugger has got to don't they..lol.

I have been a size 10 when I worked for a large airline and got no more attention than I am getting now being the size I am.

I guess ita about acceptence that we will not always be attractive to the people we want to find us attractive but acceptence that there is someone who will find attractive qualities in someone that other people might not. We are all unique with different personalites and different traits but that is who we are..

So don't worry about the comments because there is someone that will get a huge bulk in his trousers from looking at you..

Why mail people in first place if not what thay are looking for ........ just dont get it? LOOK at that lady and friends on tv whos face was coved in acid . Katie evey day it hard for her just to look in the mirror some people can be just so vain and rude and its more then looks that make a person ....... looks are skin deep ..... can have best looking person whos a real nasty peace of work and would you wish to be around then no...... we all are who we are ....if you dont like dont mail ... simple and if people mail saying nasty stuff block and mail fab x as should not be on here.

ive been on here nearly two years i have never had what i would truly call an abusive message and even if i did i wouldnt post on here that i had had such a message so that people could tell me i look ok ?? we are all different i guess?

Boody hell the amount of times i get told im fat, ugly, that they can do better than me anyway lol usually just after i have turned them down

See the problem with guys on here is thy think women are just lumps of meat for their pleasure and as soon as they cant get thir own way the abuse comes out

I find it quite entertainin to be honest

Ive had very few abusive messages, some because ive turned them down but i can only think of a couple that have sent me abuse to do with my weight. It doesnt matter if your small medium or large if someone wants to send you a nasty messge they will, they can always find something to say.

If your a happy confident person take no notice. People say things cause they want to hurt people at times. If it has no affect on you you cant let them win

It appears that when some people get a "negative" post, stood up, prevented from contacting people because of filters they start these "look at me" type threads to massage their fragile egos!

We all (should) know that (a) we'll NEVER appeal to everybody; (b) some men turn into petulant children when rejected; (c) no matter how hot we think we are, someone we fancy's computer will say "no"; and (d) false flattery and ego boosting makes both parties needy and pathetic in my view.

My ego is such that the opinions of strangers means absolutely nothing for me: if someone thinks I'm too fat/tall/black/arrogant/Domme for them...*shrugs*...whatever!

I'm a very confident person and totally understand your point of view Sassy.... but unfortunately not everyone else is.

I would never dream of knocking someone else's confidence... never ever!

We are all mostly strangers to each other on Fab and there is no way we could judge everyone perfectly by their way of posting on the forums. To assume that someone is 'attention seeking' by posting that they had a another member saying they look like they need 'a good feed' just ain't on. That member could have said nothing or 'you are not for me'... it really is that simple.

Like I've said before... I've not had anyone abuse me personally... some folk may have tried, but my thick skin didn't recognise the attack. But I have seen here (in the forums) a personal attack or two from one member to another about their body size. It just isn't right... what if the person at the receiving end is suffering from an eating disorder?????

Some folk are too passive or judgemental to give two flying hoots. Not me

I bet the OP received that rude message after she'd turned the guy down. I've had the same thing happen to me when I had a single profile. Never had that problem on joint profile funnily enough. Ignore it I say and anyone really abusive should be reported. We're all different and we can't appeal to everyone. Ms

as much as I can see on this little pic, you are not fat and ugly at all!

Some people like slim bodies, some a bit bigger, everyones preferences are different. Still no reason to reply in a rude way!!!

On a serious note when I was on here as a couple we turned someone down and he got very abusive. We just reported the clown.

All messages (even when deleted) and chat in the chatrooms is logged so Fab admin can take a look at what was said and then warn or ban them accordingly.
