Weaning yourself off fab...

I find that sometimes I get so engrossed on the site I can spend hours clicking through profiles of on the forums.... Anyone suffers from fabtitis? Any remedies or solutions available?

I've been in a vanilla relationship for 7 months now, not playing, been a very good girl, but can't drag myself away from the forum's , and generally been a nosey cow!!!

Brighton - even Hove!

I had 4 weeks away from fab and did loads of other stuff then came back on for like 6 hours solid which was ridiculous really. That was chatting and catching up with people mainly.

I pop on and off the same as I do with the games on my phone. I rarely stay that long.

I find myself on here more than my boyfreind kind of concerning think I have the 'bug' for sure it's just really addictive

I go through phases of either being on here at any given opportunity or having no interest whatsoever. I don't seem to have an in-between for some reason and think a lot of it has to do with hormones and how horny I am!
