Well, 99 is a bit optimistic but the lifestile should keep your heart rate up and your joints supple - better than an excercise bike.

some women in their 70s have definatly still got it surgery or not. Sophia, Honor and Joan to name but a few. And who cares if they've had surgery or botox or what. These women look fab and should be applauded for making the effort to look good.
