I've heard of yellow cum before. Doesn't sound to healthy.

Pineapple juice does help slightly, but you need to drink alot of it to make a noticable difference.

One of the best things to take is bromelain, it's used to break down proteins, but it's made from pineapple extract. So take a couple of those in the morning and you're good to go
