As a couple one of us can shave and have no issues, the other has tried just about every method yet allways finds it really uncomfortable afterwards... Anyone got any trade secrets

Magic powder is supposed to be very good. I believe it works kind of like veet but better.

If you want a good laugh head over to Amazon and look at the veet reviews though, they always crack me up.

As soon as someone mentions 'magic powder' I have to warn of its nasty side.

Patch test before using it.

I got some nasty burns from it.

I was sceptical using veet after reading the reviews and finding them incredibly funny but i used it anyway and had no issues and have had no itchy regrowth at all

Well never had an issue with facial shaving but when tried intimate it did get itchy and sore afterwards but tried a shave oil and found it took away all of it and left skin soft as well we both use it now....

Laser. If you have the ££ and the right hair / skin colour combination it's the best. Takes a while but I love mine!

Are we talking body hair here,or mens facial hair ?

I use almond oil on legs/body and good quality 3 blade razors

Decleor do an amazing shave oil,but its like £20 for a small bottle size of a shampoo sample

As hot a flannel as you can bare to clean and raise the hair.

I stopped using foaming gels etc, now I use a shaving oil with eucalyptus / tea tree.

Dont buy cheap razors.

Plenty of hot water

I shave my bits and found the same fire burn and nasty stinging feeling, i had a proper shave at an old school barbers and asked the bloke who was shaving me what he would use if he was going to shave intimate areas. The answer and it works ive used it ever since is wilkinsons sword ahave soap and a proper old school brush. Costs about 2 quid from good supermarkets, no chemicals or bullshit just nice slippery soap.

If using a good razor you should get a smooth shave but i always use very cold water after and a good rub of bio oil. Works a treat and never get razor rash or itchy regrowth.

Well, the razor and soap were 2 different things, I use a brush and shave soap today, much better than cans of foam.

Never used one of those rasors though, I started with the radically new Gilette twin blade.

Wilkinson Hydro 3 blade, wash with warm water first and use NO PRESSURE on the blades. Use decent gel like Nivea sensitive. Never use disposables as they are designed to go blunt quickly. I have been shaving for 30 years with no problems and I have very sensitive skin. I have also shaved others the same way with compliments.

Soap is pretty much guaranteed to aggravate sensitive skin. You should probably have a look at what is in it, animal fat!!! Natural my arse.

We use a cleancut shaver. Best thing we ever bought.

It's cylinder shaped and battery operated. Was about £60 on eBay.

After bathing.. Apply a bit of baby powder to make sure you're really dry before using.

You'll be extremely smooth. No cuts or nasty shaving rashes. It's fantastic.

Gets in all the awkward places you dread using a razor on.

Hot water to open up pores, decent clean blades, non-perfumed foam/gel/oil.. I use combination of oil & gel.. Afterwards a bloody good moisturiser... Worth it's weight in gold! I use Younique, expensive but best ever used... Have a cut throat razor only use on face... I like the rest of me where it is

Arms body is use ladyshave ??

If you Wet shave go for gillette pro glide use their gel/cream sensitive one and do it in shower as warm water opens pours up.

Use exfoliation cream after as clears away micro hairs left behind then make sure you moisterise well too

You need to make sure you apply cream after to sooth your skin ????
