Block problem

So i have accidentally blocked someone tonight (fat thumbs and iphone) so ive gone back into chat to unblock, and they do not appear in my block list; but still saying they are blocked.. But lets me chat etc in room.. Tried re-setting phone and closing browser etc. Any ideas? Thanks
