Above is correct go see a doctor or try a online service like Lloyd's pharmacy...Tbh though as far as I'm aware thers a few ways... u can obviously have tablet form, then thers a tablet you can basically shove down your piss hole that comes with a applicator type thing or last but certainty not for the faint hearted injections Then natural ways like pump and cock ring........ but yeah pro advice as mentioned above

I really hate Needles but thats preferable to shoving tablets down my pee hole by a country mile!!!!!

Like others have said go see your gp,there may be other issues like high blood pressure, so dont take any tabs, if you wake up with morning glory its generally not physical but mental. issues like a bit of anxiety its a bit of a circle, if you get anxious about not getting it up then that leads to more pressure and more anxiety hence a vicious circle, viagra doesnt give you an instant hard on you have to have mental stimulation and relax theres a few reasons for ed see your doc

There is a form of viagra tablets which you don't have to swallow.

You simply stick it under your tongue and it dissolves straight into the blood stream. It acts much faster than the tablets you swallow.

Viagra also comes in jelly form which you can also dissolve in your mouth without swallowing.

I have never tried any of these stuff before, so I can't comment on their effectiveness.

Like others have said, talk to your doctor before you start experimenting with anything.

Several reasons. Most modern pills are supposed to disolve over a set time to be effective. Crushed tabs can cause to fast absorption potentially causing OD. Tab may be layered with outer layer needed to be active before inner layer will work.

Go see your dr as advised. Believe me they have far worse topics than ED to discuss.

As a woman with an 'ex' husband who had ED and did nothing to address it i would say it was far more frustrating for me that he wouldn't address the problem than the actual issue itself.

Firslty i dont know your weekly routine but make sure you keep active and keep a good blood flow. Dont necessarily need to go to the gym but do some sort of cardiovascular exercises at least 3 times a week ideally more and little saturated fats in your food

Secondly theres natural methods which help with blood flow. First is Maca Root. Theres also zinc, l-arginine and magnesium. All help with blood flow.

Agree. Tablets are designed to dissolve at a particular rate and medication dispersed and absorbed by your body. Crushing tablets changes the rate of absorption and where in the body it starts to dissolve. It's also important to take tablets as directed with food, after food etc.

That said - I have used internet sourced kamagra jelly - it works fine and if you can manage to eat jam then you'd be fine with that.
