I'm seeing lots of threads where there are posts dismissing the subject

One even said

'Why are you boring us with this'

If you see a thread that is of no interest

Why add to it

If something bothers someone that doesn't bother you that doesn't make it right to belittle a thread because clearly what ever the subject

The OP has felt the need to talk about something

Why would people purposely belittle someone ?

It's a forum right?

Good valid point. So many threads seem to go off onto a different tangent, and not respond about what the OP originally posted.

I don't, I only comment on posts that interest me, but then my comment can normally be responded to which then leads me to respond to it; this is normally to do with the topic though. I even avoid the snog, avoid (whatever) threads, because I know they're of no interest to me as there's never a face pic, I don't want to kiss cock attached to a headless man.

There are people on hear that are desperate to be heard but have virtually nothing to say.

It's just one of a number of ways of running down a poster (most probably a new one) in order to try and look clever.

I agree OP, why would any comment just to criticise a poster rather than discuss the post. Why can;t people just move on?

Not really. Most people have something interesting or valid to add to the thread. It's the few that don't that we're referring to. Ie just posting some inconsequential shit for the sake of it.
