i had heard its closed down and not before time it was awfull last time we went 18 months ago

Don't know if its the same Utopia but this is on a Utopia website

THE LANDLORDS HAVE REDUSED TO RENEW THE LEASE.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE PREMISES.
