After seeing a few posts about women being put off by a man's height it just made me curious if the height is such an issue for women looking for women?

No. Only men have to deal with these standards. It's ok I suppose we all have likes. I don't find fatness attractive for example.

To the OP, for me with women im a sexual top and this could be more difficult or imposing if she was a particularly tall lady because I'm short

I am actually switch but I've just never found a girl to top me. Yet...

To the OP, for me with women im a sexual top and this could be more difficult or imposing if she was a particularly tall lady because I'm short

I am actually switch but I've just never found a girl to top me. Yet...

Well everyone is an individual. I was just stating my opinion as to what l see. Height is tied into masculinity for men. It's not tied to femininity really. Unless she is super tall.

I'm not particularly tall so height in men has never been an issue for me since they'd need to be really short for it to make me taller than them. I've been with taller and shorter women and the only difference I've noticed has been that I quite like it when I have to bend my head down to kiss a shorter woman; I am so used to stretching my neck up to kiss it's quite a special experience when I have to change direction.

Of course height is tied into femininity for women. Small = feminine. That's what we've all always been taught. You think some tall woman doesn't have just as many height hang ups as small men?

I'm only 4ft 9" I rarely come across anyone smaller than me in fact my 2 eldest children tower over me and the younger 2 aren't far off.

I'm 5'9 and was wearing heels at a lesbian/gay/trans club last weekend and I was approached twice by different guys asking if I was a man or a woman. It's not nice.

And as your 6ft I don't see why you're bitching about height? My husband is 5'6 and he doesn't complain. I don't think anyone has questioned his masculinity ever. Knowing him, I don't think they'd dare! He's more masculine than most, tbh.
