After chatting pleasantly I hasten to add we arrange to meet right up until yesterday things were ok ,, them an hour before you are supposed to meet she cancelled and blocked me !!!! I find this so hard to understand why chat for a week giving the impression your keen and then blow it out an hour before ??? If ya don't have the balls why keep chatting for a week and why block the person total fuck wit !!! Rant over sorry!!

As the other poster said, unfortunately it happens on here. I suppose the only saving grace is she cancelled rather than say nothing and waste your time further going to the meeting place.

Some people cannot respectfully say they've changed their mind, as people are more than etitiled to do. Maybe its lack of self confidence, immaturity or fear that the other person may become abusive. Whatever it is, there really is no need for it but it will never change.

It could be for any number of reasons.

What precautions did you take to ensure that she was genuine or did you let the little brain think for your bigger one?

Looking on the bright side, at least she messaged to cancel. While frustrating, it's better than turning up to a meet and them just not showing up.

Did you do anything that put her off?

It doesn't just happen to single guys. We've got to the place of the meet and been stood up so just put it down to experience and move on.

Happens all the time. She just got cold feet and it could have been for hundreds of different reasons. You'll never know why, so don't sweat it!

Do you know 100% it was a woman OP? Hear her voice on the phone? It is a bit callous, if it was a genuine profile. It is pretty bad form not to just be upfront about it, after chatting for a week... Then to block you too. Thank God you didn't get stood up though. Much worse lol.
