Since I left school in 1977, I've always worked as a field service engineer of one form or another - 20+ years repairing TV & video equipment, a few years installing Sky Television and the remainder involving mainly electrics and plumbing - the 'bored housewife' is a figment of peoples imagination - OK I'm not saying it doesn't happen but it's very few and far between and anyone who's in a full time job and takes anyone up on an offer is setting themselves up for a massive fall - sorry to piss on anyones cornflakes, but that's the reality of it.

I recall a kitchen supply and fit the lady had 10% retention outstanding after nine months the director visit the client requesting the balance oh I understood it was settled? What well you best check with the designer oh yes that was a 2k shag

Create more problems with the sink. Explain why you'll have to return yet again because of spare parts which need to be ordered while looking deep into her eyes. Do everything to turn her on rather than the tap but do NOT make the first move. That must be for her as the customer. Then give her whatever servicing she requires. That's the professional approach!
