I would say that in principal its a mistake to 'try' if you follow my drift. Things like that tend to 'happen' when the time/mood etc. are right. Setting a 'goal' tends to create trepidation and tension especially if you have 'tried' and 'failed', the anticipation of failure often sets things up for failure.

I'd suggest you forget about it, meaning try not to think about it. Then one day when things are 'just so' it will happen.

I would say you have to be totally relaxed and turned on before even trying fisting.

Having a partner you trust is important and it is not something that can be rushed. The technique is important too, a slow gradual build up of fingers and the hand in the right shape are crucial.

The only way I have ever been able to do this (damn I am now revealing another kink), and well ok, I do it quite a lot (if asked too of course) is;

Mood - quite simply, you have to be in a nice chilled out "space" in your head, so a knock on the door, run upstairs, lets play "hide the Sekonda" probably wont work.
