A Six pack is certainly aesthetically pleasing, is the only thing I look for no.

On a woman, well it's certainly up to the individual do I dislike it on a woman , no.

Nothing better than a 6 pack. The trouble I find is carling don't do them do have to get a 12 pack and split it.

As for a lady with a 6 pack it's their own personal preference as I for one am more interested in what's above and below it to be honest

I think most women are not interested in men and 6 packs.

They prefer big built muscular and strong looking.

Granted in condition bodybuilders and some powerlifters do but as a rule it's thin guys

When I was checking out some guy's pic on 'check Google for this image' like you do see whether he's nicked it or not,up came a woman with a six pack,now my stomach in the last six months screams middle aged spread

but I'm not sure I'd want a defined 6 pack. Yes I want it to at least say I attend the gym,but that to that extend. What can I do about my stomach I want it back where it was

I had a four pack on my last cut but it is slowly disappearing thanks to my bulk ha ha. Would love to get a 6 pack next year but not majorly important.

However, I don't care if a bloke has one or not. I much prefer my Mans big shoulders and biceps!!!

Love muscular / defined women. Have some female friends that compete amazing physiques .

It's interesting that so many men / women are scared of muscles / power on women form. Falls into stereotyping that women can't be sexy if they work out hard .

Each to their own and all I get that .

It's like men that work out get ripped upperbody but forget the legs
