I don't think that it has anything to do with strength, it has everything to do with stature. I have no preference for the height of a lady but Redhead certainly does for guys and it's nothing to do with being thrown around.

Some guys get hung up on their height, and some seem to get a bee in their bonnet about someone's preferences. I'd say to focus on the people that do like their type and not get so caught up on the people that they feel they're 'missing out on'

I'm just under 5'7 and on the larger side of my comfortable size at the moment and, for me personally, shorter guys make me feel like a heifer. It's nothing against them, rather it's my own insecurity that makes me uncomfortable when with shorter chaps.

That and, in vanilla world, I don't like to hold hands (too clammy) and short guys can't put their arm over my shoulders comfortably. I know this because my 5'9 ex used to insist on trying and I always ended up with a sore back as a result!

It's nothing to do with maligning shorter guys, though I do tend to find that some shorter men can be more aggressive and chippy, which is incredibly off putting.

As for the "we are all the same height lying down" comment that always gets brought out on these threads... Quite frankly, if you're too much shorter than my preferences, I'm not going to want to take it far enough to find that out!!!!

I used to feel like this also - because of my large sexual appetite being with shorter or smaller men made me feel like a disgusting man-eating monster. The dreaded "preferably over 6ft" featured on my profiles. Then I met a guy, he was barely taller than my 5'4", he was ex-army, lets say he liked being devoured. He was a mix of what is supposedly masculine and what is supposedly feminine, and in being so he busted all my pre-programmed attitudes on this.

I don't give a fig about a man's height anymore, I enjoy any and all builds. I don't need a tall or burly guy to confirm my female status. I don't even need my femininity to be delicate and dainty. Once you free your mind of such preconceptions you can see everyone (and yourself) for who they really are - personality makes people weak and strong, no matter what their height.

Hubby is 14 inches taller than I am and I most definitely prefer men to be 6 foot tall. I suspect it's because tall men can wrap their arms all the way around me and envelope me in their cuddles. Speaking as an intimidatingly tall 5ft6 male I am aware that most women "prefer" tall guys. However I have not found it to be a deal breaker enough times for it to prevent me from having my fair share of fun with some really sexy women in my time.

For example, back when I was focused mainly on meeting cuckold couples. At 5ft11 my most regular female friend towered over me. I don't think it is.

When I was at school, this obviously gorgeous girl (a model) was obsessed with me - not unhealthily but in the way that people that ages develop obsessive crushes - but she was 6.2 - 2in taller than me and therefore I just didn't find her attractive.

To this day that remains for me. I like women to be shorter than me. Preferably, in heels also. Around 5.7/8 is perfect.

I'm still not massively experienced as chrissy but tbh so far height has made a difference.

The dynamics and bedroom play for me just work that much better if the guy is the same height or taller than me.

Feels more natural.

So I am am airing towards taller guys now as a preference

Don't think height effects attractiveness,

Alot of its down to confidence, 100s of conversations about this in the past.. guys 5"10' and girls 5'8 + 5 inch heels.. is it then shallow for her to not like over towering him, and him to feel insecure being overpowered

There has to be attraction for me and my taste in men is important, guys don't seem to understand it so l get quite a few wasted messages. I like really tall good looking confident guys and just wish there were more on here.xx

Depends on the person, when I wasn't confident in myself when younger, I didn't feel confident with a girl taller or in heels.

When I got confident. I couldn't give a fuck. From all the guys in the gym and the sports teams, everyone I've met over the years.. everyone seemed to have a preference for smaller girls. But it that down to our confidence or that we really find them more attractive.

For the fellas that have just lost all their confidence reading this... you can Google height increasing shoes, the regular heel is a tad bigger, but there's a secret inner sole too.. can add 2-5 inches compared to bare feet.

Height is not something I look at on a profile. I am 5'11 and have had some amazing sessions with much shorter guys. It's all about the person not the height or looks.
