So not talking about small workplace like 10/20 people.

I mean in a place like a large factory or maybe you work in a shopping centre or a hospital or airport.

Somewhere a few thousand people work so it's not going to impact directly on your employer etc..

If you found someone else who worked close to you in one of these type of places or similar, as long as it didn't interfere with your job would you go for it??

Derby

This is just what I'm looking for, would be ideal!

I work at a very large company with several thousand people, so wouldn't interrupt but would give lots of places to 'enjoy'

Been there and seen others do the same... Can go either way (sitting on the fence). For me it led to a whole load of grief, others had a better experience. I guess as always I life it depends on the people involved...

If unwanted feelings crept in and/or you were to have a fallout, it would make for a very awkward working environment. I speak from my own and other peoples experience. I dont feel it's worth it.

As the boss and employer of a small group of staff, I can't really. But in previous jobs I was at it all the time! It made those quieter shifts go quicker.

Nope.

Because if/when it goes tits up you will find it difficult to distance yourself from that person. And if they are a stroppy bastard then all your other work mates could be told, shown the pics etc.

Don't shit where you eat comes to mind.

Work with a friend who plays along with his wife. We took them to chams for their first visit. We made an agreement right from the start that we weren't going to play. Just incase something went wrong and we still had to see eachother everyday.

Had two in my time.

Married one - that was a mistake.

Other one married someone else - that was also a Mistake.

Shitting on your own doorstep is never advisable really. Still, you lives and learns.
