A definite yes. A pregnant lady is a beautiful thing.

Going back not far off 20 years ago I used to play with a couple every months. We are all judged whether pregnant or not so don't let it both you too much.

I'm not an advocate of 'full play' with a stranger during pregnancy as I don't think any risk is worth the life/health of an unborn child. However - once a baby is six weeks old the mother - unless the birth was a difficult one - is considered healed and 'good to go' once her libido comes back! Many 2 month old babies sleep in between most feeds and are unaware of who is around them besides their mum/dad - so if mum is having fun during nap time it's not likely to affect the baby at all - and may help mum to feel more wanted/less stressed!
