I haven't had many sexual partners due to being in a long term relationship.

I feel very sexually alive, especially since turning 40 & keen to push boundaries & explore.

But I'm holding back a lot for when/if I meet a non swinging guy (for a relationship) and he asks how many people I've slept with. I'm so worried about it.

Does anyone else have these concerns & do I just need to let live?

Life is short - if you have a desire to experiment sexually then go for it!

You dont necessarily have to sleep with a ton of people though, that is up to you. Maybe just find a few like minded folk to have fun with....?

I hadn't had many sexual partners, I'd been with my husband since I was a teenager, but all of a sudden I was 40 and single again and started looking at swinging.

Life is too short to start thinking ahead in that level of detail. I've been on here about eighteen months and although I've met a fair few men, I do tend to meet them again and again, so the total number of men I've had sex with still isn't that massive.

If this is something you are interested in, do it. It's more exciting and more fun than you can even imagine it is. And at the end of the day, if someone is really bothered by the amount of men you've had sex with, maybe they're not right for you in the first place.

When the right guy will come by - he will not judge you of how many men you have been with! He will love you because you will be the one for him as well.

I did have them and it took me possibly 2 years to come to terms with the fact that I like this lifestyle and it doesn't make a tart or whatever.

I've been here 4 years now and realise I could never have a monogamous relationship again

if someone asked me i wouldn't tell them either. i'd probably ask them why they want to know, and ask them do they want me to only sleep with them now (after fucking them).

On the point of new relationship... who is to say that you won't meet someone nice who is also a swinger off this website.. there are lots of men who dream of having a female swinging partner who enjoys taking part.

We have lost count or can't be bothered to continue counting how many how many sexual encounters with others we have had. If you are now sexually adventurous why try living a lie with someone who isn't.. Sounds like a recipe for disaster...

I do share these concerns myself, but then I remember the person who I want a relationship with will be someone who loves me for who I am, and they would take me for what I've been through and enjoyed.

So my advice to the OP is enjoy yourself now, and don't worry about your future relationship - If they are worth their salt they'll understand.

As I side note however I tell myself the above things to help me with my insecurities, so I might be a little biased in my advice?

I,m the same hit 45. Sex drive through the roof. Go for it OP! Don't look back, enjoy the experience and if Mr Right comes along he won't give a rats arse how many you,ve been with. Xx
