When is it acceptable

So here we are sat in a beautiful sunny spot in greece. Enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. When some bloke walks past with his pidgeon chest on show...... Bad I know but it gets worse. He was wearing flip flops with socks. Should I chase after him and break it to him gently or because he is on his holiday is it acceptable? Answers on a post card x

I think HE has paid the money for HIS holiday and HE can do as HE pleased i dont feel you guys should be judging him or anyone else
