I got close to one guy but stopped seeing him as I was falling for him. He didnt know that to begin with but I had asked if he could see us as more than just fwb. He couldnt and that was fine and I respected that and stopped seeing him. Its the only time I came close. I have had offers from a handful of guys who want more and I havent been able to offer them more.

In my opinion its rare you find someone on here that you fall in love with.

I wish. I had a FB and although it was never going to happen (he was married) we both developed feelings for each other and ultimately decided (after 6 years) to end it like mature adults. Was difficult but since we knew from day one, was manageable. I can imagine it being devastating if it's one sided.

Those of you have fallen in love and met your life partner here are so lucky. I don't ever see finding mine on a vanilla dating site.

i did. turned out it was a mutual thing with him too. we were gonna have a relationship but i wasn't over my ex and then i found out he was already in a relationship and i went off him.

The guy who will always be a thorn in my eye, is it eye or side? Anyway that army bastard, met him not long after my 30th birthday in 2014, was only supposed to be a one off, 4 months later and him staying with me every Friday and Saturday night when he was home, trips to cinema, met his family, went to a wedding with him for someone in his regiment, ohhh but we were only fuck buddies! I think I went over and beyond fuck buddy status but when he went to (place I cannot say) on tour it was all, oh but I need a clear head when I'm away, can't have anyone back home to think about, I've shagged him a few times since all that business but he's married to his job. I think I love that geezer, or at least care about him a lot, he's never far from my thoughts.
