I know this site is mainly about attracting other people but are over-flattering and professional type photos a waste of time?? Surely showing more 'accurate' photos would prevent any embarrassing misunderstandings

Nobody has ever run off screaming after meeting me in the flesh for the first time, so they either have a strong stomache or my photos are ok.

I do have arty farty ones on my profile (taken by me) but potential meets always get the everyday pics of me too.

It's difficult to know what photos to put up for a single bloke. Some women like graphic others like fully dressed.Any pointers for what would get more attention or should I go and get some professional ones done?-whatever they might be!!!

I take my own photos and the best ones are displayed after a little 'touching up' (no sniggering at the back). I have taken some bad ones too but no one is ever going to see them. And why would I show them??!! I'm trying to attract people.

I wear crap clothes when lounging around, inwouldnt meet anyone in them so same with photos.

Ours are all iPhone jobbies! A little bit of cropping here and there, maybe hit the "enhance" button (does that actually do anything?) Splurge out the recognisable tats and slice off the heads for our "public" entries and "wallop!" Upload!!

I don't see the point in photo shopping out my tummy fat or making my tits fuller / arse perkier but I am going to take them from a flattering angle & use lighting to make me look good.

No one has been let down to date. In fact I usually get told I look better in the flesh, one of those moments where I'm unsure if that's an compliment or not.....

I don't use photoshop and most of them are taken during play because that's what I prefer. The other is me goofing around and my tits look fantastic in it and it highlights my ever shrinking tummy so I thought why not? I wish I had the ability to take more arty ones but I quite often end up laughing or messing around with the photographer so it never happens...

In much the same way as I'd turn up for a meet in my nicest clothes, I'd only put up photos I'm happiest with.

I have a variety to show various angles. They're all iPhone selfies with 2 exceptions (which are also iPhone snaps)

People ask if our pictures are professional, which is flattering, but they most certainly are not. We don't even consider ourselves to be amateur photographers.They are taken in RAW and processed with Lightroom but are not photoshopped. We are pleased with the results as many others seem to be. Should we make our pictures look worse (bad lighting, piles of clothes, toilets and vulgar poses) just so they aren't mistaken for professional photos?

Photographs are the shop window of fab and give a good idea of what we are like. I see no reason to change them because of what others might think - if they don't like our pictures then they probably won't like us so they are a useful filter

All mine are taken by me using my timer. I've attually just removed all mine to have a sort out. Had quite a few repets plus it's winter soon so I want to go for a warmer look.

I don't mess about with mine except to add my username. What you see is what you get.

My photos are all selfies taken on my phone. I do take them from flattering angles but what you see is what you get with me. No point in portraying yourself to be something that you're not as when you meet in person, it's there for them to see with their own eyes.

All my pictures are recent too, nothing worse than people sending pictures that are years out of date, this can lead to disappointment when meeting in person x

We like to look our best with our pics, and pick the best ones.

But we don't bother with arty, black and white or filters on here. We like to be up front about who we are on fab - it's for other people's benefit not ours.

We use other sites for concentrating on just the pics.

My non public gallery is more me and people I might meet get to see those so they can make an informed decision. I don't see why I should put all my photos on public display for the entire site, most of whom I will never meet.

None of mine are professionally done, I just have a camera with a timer and very bendy arms for mobile selfies. I would love to treat myself to a photo shoot though one day, they look like lots of fun.

Of course I put up ones that are flattering. Realistic and not tweaked with editing trickery (outside of filters and borders) of course, but I do pick nice ones over ones where I look crap!!

Members can manage their profiles as they please . Howevever if you choose not to display your own photos , any arguement that you make will lack creditablity as the thread is about photos and you have none of your own.

As a profile is a key marketing tool it is crucial that you display ones that are well presented and are best possible ones of yourself.

It is not a very good start if you display poorly taken photos .

My photos are for me. Because I feel good posting them. I have 150 pics on here, most of them hidden. But I like to look back at them like a little ti_eline of fun I've had.

Some of mine have filters on and a few of mine have been professionally taken (they've had bruises, running mascara and spots airbrushed out) but as I tend to meet people in clubs, rather than from here, I don't see it as misrepresentation as they choose to speak to me when they see me in the flesh.
