This needs a few weeks notice with signed consent and various Q&A sessions.

An hour or 2 of foreplay coupled with a nod of agreement from your good lady to signal a tube of lube and a gentle teasing rubbing motion with your finger to even START with, and if it's her first time even THAT is going to have her nervous.
