I had one of mine done and it got infected and swelled to the size of a tennis ball.

But on the plus side when I squeezed it it looked like custard and everyone loves custard!

We both have ours done. In fact the reason Mr got his done was because he liked mine so much, which I had had done a month earlier on holiday. So I knew how much it hurt when I was holding his hand. Felt really sorry for him. It's the kind of pain you wouldn't wish on your loved one. He didn't scream like I did, but called the lady a 'bitch', as the metal went through his nipple. He's not the type to call anyone a bitch except for me - that's how much it hurts. But we both have both sides done - it's a case of the first nipples hurts so much it can't get any worse for the second nipple!

I have my 1 nipple pierced I did have it done across and down but the across one wouldn't heal so had to take it out. I don't think it hurts at all in fact the strange sensation was in the side I have no nipple a bit like amputees who can still feel their limbs there

Errmm, bear in mind it'll be going through scar tissue second time round - so it might not be as quick as before. I've had mine done twice and there certainly seemed to be more pressure brought to bear the second time. The second nipple seemed to hurt more too, but that was probably due to me tensing up as I knew what was coming! Still, no pain, no gain as they say ....

That is a true point to think about I might get my piercings redone after I've got my ink fix got so many planned to get done and so many piercings I want redone and done really thinking about the snake bite to be done first then my nipple done again I reckon it'll be a alright getting it done again x
