Here's a tip;

Put cornflakes in your tyres;

Then your neighbours will think you have a gravel drive when you drive out of your garage

You will need to work harder than you think to meet women.

If you take photos don't be tempted to either leave your socks on or your trousers round your ankles. If you take them in the bathroom close the lid of the loo if you take them in any other room ensure the visible area is tidy.

Don't get disheartened.
