I loved my TENS interesting Wenden paired with toys like a carbon fibre cane. The guy who showed me had so many variations including a conductive sounding rod. Just remember the smaller the area of contact the greater the pain. So when you slide that rod out it gets more and more painful

I have a TENS machine, a high end four channel piece of kit that packs a fair punch. I have pads and insertables and it is a nice addition to any play.

But,

I had a proper E-Stim used on me a couple of weeks by an experienced Dom and the difference was very evident. So much so that I feel and E-Stim box is my next major purchase.

Well, having carried out a few experiments -in the interests of science obviously, my results where:

Nipples - didn't do it for me, it just tickled too much. Some may enjoy that.

Glands - very intense, especially when wanking

Based of shaft- very nice, more like a massage

I have a violet wand and they are different kettle of fish entirely! A delightful advice but more for sensory play and/or pain.

Violet wands are also safe for anywhere on the body whereas E-stim/TENS/EMS carry risks when using on the chest and above. To safely stimulate the nipples, you should use bipolar nipple clamps or electrodes that are close to each other; one of the nipple and one close on the breast tissue. Using the nipples as electrodes and conduction between them has risks of interfering with the conducting system of the heart.

I used to work for a sex shop that sold E-stim machines and had to test them so I knew what they were like and how they worked, even on a low setting it was intense (i have a low pain threshold) and going all the way up was like being hit with a cattle prod the first time.

There's lots of different attachments that you can buy to experiment everywhere, buy a lot of ky so you do not burn your bits, horror stories of men putting rings and pads on their bits without an suffering horrendous burns.

Obviously if you have any health conditions or know of heart problems in the family then be ultra cautious, shocking yourself can alter the rhythm of your heart which is when you can go into cardiac arrest, so using these with a partner or play friend is advisable.

They are a lot of money but definitely worth it I find.

Yes. Have used it many times. Some can't cope others can't get enough. It's also very nice if used whith penetration. Keeps the pussy muscles contracting and keeps cock rock hard. Placed on opposite sides of pussy.
