Yes, I have met people with no intention of playing. And made friends who will remain just friends.

I used to make friends with anyone but they eventually tend to want something sexual so i only make friends with women now (1 to be exact).

I think if i went to clubs often then this might be different but on here just about all guys (except 1 again lol and he did turn out to be trust worthy) have expected sex.

Yes we still enjoy social meets with swinger friends and go for meals out once in a while with them. It tends to make us all very comfortable with each other and when we do have play meets everyone is a lot more relaxed.

Sure, with some.of the friends we have made we blur the inevitable between swinging friends and vanilla friends. Not often we find a couple we click with like that but when we do its a pleasure to spend time in their company wether there's sex involved or not

I have and do socialise with fab friends without the expectation of anything happening. Made a couple of good friends from here over the years, some with the mutual attraction and some without.

I tend to do both but it depends on the guy. The guys outside my age range will only be social meets atm

I have made life long friends in the swinging scene. Some I haven't played with in over 10 years, others I usually meet to play. Some friends who I met in the scene I have never played with, and likely never will.

It's all good.

I'm happy making new friends and meeting up for socials. If anything follows all good but not essential.

ok I have a couple of lady friends and I meet the socially away from play now and again to just catch up with out the expectation of sex entering the thought process .

yes sometimes such meets end in play at other times they don't .

but they are my friends so they offer me something other than sex genuine caring friendship which is worth a lot to a guy like me

I don't know what other people's definition of "unpushy" is but for us it means we don't "expect to play" at any meet. Any play that does happen is always a bonus

We find people who push their expectations or come with a sense of entitlement a bit of a turn off. I know this wasn't what the op meant but it seemed an apt moment to bring it up.

Yes definitely!

We go out have dinner and drinks with no expectation of play. Some of my swing friends went out for dinner on Monday to bond over chicken wings

Going to comic con with a group too. Swing friends are friends too

We do of course still go to parties and clubs together to play

Off with the wife now to have dinner with another swinging couple and no play will take place. We're great friends.

I've socialised with swinger friends, but once they become friends I no longer have sex with them. They are either one thing or the other.

We love the socisl/party part and, if we get to play, we'll that's always a bonus, but if not then we still have a good time. x

We have made friends with a lovely lady from here and a couple!

We meet up and quite often there is no play just having a fun night out or meet for lunch etc. We never thought it would work like that but they are great friends of ours now Xx

I've met people on here that I class as true friends. We've done various social activities together, been on holidays and weekends away, but i don't play with them. I meet most people at a club and then friendship was formed from there.

all my meets are play meets. meeting them socially just wouldn't work. doesn't mean we aren't friends though.
