Getting the ball rolling on a meet

How do others normally initiate the naughtiness on a meet?

We do find that a standard first play meet with a new couple is normally a chat and flirt then an invite to the bedroom. Then the ladies play while the guys watch until they are invited to join in. Is this normally the standard situation with others?

Obviously every other meet is different and we do try to mix things up a bit by acting out fantasies or scenarios etc. but just wondered what others do?

Maybe we could get some fun ideas.
