It's not against the rules to sign someone onto camp, you don't have to be "smuggled"!!

They do !! But it's not like the good old days ? Too much scandal should it get out ?

Most go home at the weekends so camps are normally empty

Usually have to be off camp by midnight though!

It used to be that females weren't allowed in male accom and vice versa

Depends on the block. It's kind of like student halls, but with fewer facilities and women

Modern blocks have both guys and girls in the same block so is easier for the civi girls to blend in

Happens but less often now there are more ensuite rooms and less common rooms. I miss them.

When I was seeing a soldier the security used to wave us through the gate, in my car.

I stayed the night once, but the camp wasn't full; they were in Afghanistan at the time.
