The guidence says things like keep your mind distracted by other things (such as work), keeping away from sexually exciting websites and doing physical excersie so your too exhausted to feel horny.

Either that or find a nice apple pie

physical exercise makes it worse, work bores me so I contantly look n fabs, may go for the pie option
