Confidence where does yours come from ,do you sometimes feel to over cofident be it in the swinging or real life or do you seek more confidence

confidence comes from within, people can tell you anything and everything but you have to believe in yourself. Mines come in the last 9 years. Be happy and content with yourself and confidence will shine

We initially lacked confidence when meeting peeps for sex, however, we've come along way from our early experiences, still lack confidence when meeting newbies tho

confidence is fine as long as it is mixed with some humility. there is a fine line to tread between confidence and cockyness / arrogance and having an over enlarged ego.

This is so true and often evident on the site when people's confidence/ego grows because of the attention they receive. The vast amount of compliments bestowed on couples and single fems by single guys wanting a shag can inflate the ego too much.

Well done you. I too lost quite alot of weight a few years ago and the biggest confidence boost was wearing a bikini on the beach for the first time.

I've never been the most confident fella, more from physical appearance that I've worked my ass off to alter. Not suprisingly, as that has started working, a more condfident persona comes to the surface.
