Has anyone else had this happen before? It's a bit odd!

Hence our 560 meets in a year and a half .

We no longer use fab forr meets so it won't happen any more

Yeah it happens.

One reason why some people don't show their veris or friend list. I've been asked in the past but refused to give the details they were after, just a bland nice people met at a club blah blah.

I have had similar where someone has started getting nosey about someone I have met. My reply is always...I had a great time with them, I'm not getting involves in anyone elses situation..

I know veris get written, but I like to keep things kind of private.

Likewise had a few people in the past get in touch when a new veri has gone up. My standard response is was she was nice, it's not fair to say anything else and go find out for yourself.

I think some guys get off hearing about the objects of their desire and I'm not going to be a pawn in that game!

I have heard of this kind of thing happening to single women and couples. There's even one single man in my area who has a load of verifications and he has on his profile that he is not a match making service!

I do get tempted to message other people and see how they have connected with their past verifications. But I also think it's self defeating behaviour in the end so I don't do it.

On my old profile yes. Or asking them for tips on how to get me to start chatting to them. The ones I'd met just told them to f###k off, and figure it out for themselves. I don't tend to always display my verifications now, which eliminates the problem x

I really don't see the point of trying to use someone else's 'insider knowledge' to meet lady. I want that person to want to meet me, and not me try and copy someone else. It smacks of false pretences.

I have friends who have had guys trawl their veris then bitch about them to their target saying that they were obviously better than previous meets (and sometimes giving reasons why!!). There is no better...just better for them. Not everyone wants the same thing. A big cock or six-pack doesn't always attract and rarely makes up for a shit personality.

No-one has ever been asked about me but I have received messages about people I've met. I let them know someone's been sniffing around at the first available opportunity and then if they want me to respond I do to confirm I did indeed meet them but without details.

on another site I was on previously, I met a man for a social.. this was when I lived near Manchester and we met there in a bar...he was ok but spent most of his time on the phone, taking business calls which I thought was a bit rude, so I didn't take it any further

anyway, a few weeks later this woman messages me and says she has been chatting to the man I met and he told her I would give a personal recommendation

I recommended she take some knitting as she would need to fill the time whilst he was busy sorting out his diary

he didn't do it again
