Gosport

Following on from an earlier thread where it was suggested that tea/coffee shops were possibly not the most sensual location for a social meet and pubs may be too 'date' like where else would people suggest for socials?

I've been to a museum for one. Had a quick snog next to the ancient Egyptians.

I wasn't sure if there was a sceptre in his pocket or if he was just pleased to see me

I met my now ex wife through another swinging site and our initial meet was a bench at the land end of Bournemouth pier but it was a bit of an odd choice, especially as it was late Oct. and we ended up in the pub shortly after anyway.

I have also had a social in a garden centre but it was in thier coffeeshop.

I'm going out on a limb here and going to suggest it's option 2

Had a social at a surf school. More 'date' like and wasn't much interaction being as I'd never done it before and spent most of my time under the water, but coffee afterwards was enjoyable

Surely if it's a social, it shouldn't be sensual? Just a thought??

In any case, I like to meet in coffee shops. Bit of flirting, touching hands, legs etc. It can be fun.

Filthy Fuckeryville

I have had a few weird ones - one of them was in a pub car park after my car battery had gone flat....

Funniest thing was I was in the car park after a different social in aforementioned pub! A lovely member off here came to my rescue long before the RAC could (and most lovely he was too!)

I've had this too- was meant to be meeting a guy for a coffee and the gasket went on the car on the way there and I was stranded so he met me and basically chatted the whole time we waited for the AA. It turned out that he wasn't what I was looking for at the time but it was still a funny social

Yes but sometimes, there's that instaspark!

Then you're thinking ok, now it's gone from social to lets have some fun!

Hang on wait, tea shops aren't a good location for socials? I'm devastated.

Broken car socials are the future!

Although please keep the repair fees low!
