Bars are easy, unscrew one of the balls, if really hard to do try using a pair of surgical gloves for better grip, pr even plyers if really bad but usually just fingers should cope, take out old one, put bit of cream savlon on new bar and push in.. Gently, how old is piercing

Should be ok. Dont leave it out for any length of time. May be best you push new one through in order to push old one out.... Just got something to follow through the hole. Good luck xxx

Should be fine long as you don't leave them out I would say deffo use some gloves keep every thing nice and clean ied say give the bars and nipples a salt bath before just to be a 100%

If only 4 months old then I wouldn't be changing them yet. They may seem healed but most likely not.

Though everything being clean is a good start. And salt soaks after theyve been changed
