Well there are people that will only receive oral out there and that's entirely there prerogative. I dated one once.

There are also plenty of men out there who just like to rim and do not wish to receive. It's quite a submissive practice and I'm not terribly submissive.

Usually it transpires in normal conversation when you're establishing someone's likes and dislikes.
