Can't Sleep!!

Why is it at weekends I cannot sleep and always wake up too early?? Anyone else have this problem?

Everyday, I normally do early shifts at work and wake up really early to walk my dogs but it's got to the point that I'm awake at 2.30 even when I'm not working

I haven't slept the same since some bastard tried breaking into my flat a few weeks ago.

That's not surprising, its enough to disturb anyone's sleep pattern.... Having two dogs is enough to deter anyone from breaking into my place
