Yes.

We've seen a few people, we've met privately or at parties out and about. More often, than not, we'll share a little grin. We've stopped and chatted a couple of times but depends on the circumstances.

We've also recognised the odd person purely from their public pics. No, we wouldn't approach them or say anything. We tend just to block them, depending on where we've seen them. For example, work.

We've recognised people from their photos lots of times, once in a cafe Mr N texted me in the interests of discretion, to point out a couple on the next table.

We have seen someone we met out and about and chatted but he approached us each time.

So would we if we were sure it was ok. People value discretion and you never know if a relative or friend who might ask awkward questions is just out of sight.
