Why are people put off profiles with lots of verifications?

The way I see it is that some people like verifications and some don't. Some people display all their verifications, some people display a select few and hide the rest, some people keep verifications private.

But I've recently become aware that people will actively avoid a profile (I guess like ours) that has a lot of verifications, the implication being that the owners of that profile have had 'too many meets'.

Considering this is a swingers site (and therefore multiple partners is normal), what is considered 'too many meets' for the sexually liberated? When does a certain amount of meets simply become 'promiscuous' for fellow swingers to cope with?

And if people are going to start judging my husband and I for our numbers of meets, we've actually only met 7 men privately in the nearly 2 years we've been using Fab, and 2 of those didn't even end up with sex. All other verifications are a mixture of socialisation and playing at parties, which we attend about every 4 to 6 weeks.

It's just down to people's personal preferences. Myself I would not say you had too many meets, as it's your profile and your lives so you're entitled to meet as many people as you like.

We have wondered this many times over the years but if like us you hold parties others leave a veri doesn't by any which way you look at it mean we have played with them nothing could be further from as mr Lincs hasn't played in over two years and Mrs booty is happy hosting also lol but we all know many on here don't bother reading just look at pictures lol

I kerp mine hidden now and if people want to see them i show for 5 minutes then hide them again. Unforrunatly you can't please all on site. X

I don't mind one way or the other about verifications - as you said - it is a site for swingers - so cant expect people to be nuns or monks.

Perhaps - couples/singles may think that you are super social/ out having fun all the time and hence "I don't have a chance with them"

Anyways, who cares?

Some people do...some dont... If someone wont meet me because i have a lot of verifications..then they arent for me anyway.

And to be fair not everyone gives verifications.

Doesn't bother me. This is my 3rd profile and I'm definitely in double figures. Alot are socials but so what if they aren't. If they are after Mother Teresa they need to go to rentanun. Com

Oh god don't even think about it! We display our verifications as we feel if someone takes the time to write us one the least we can do is display it! Forget about it, been many a forum thread on this very subject and when push comes to shove, those that say they don't meet people with loads of verifications NEVER have a proper reason for their choice!

I'm not put off by lots of verifications, it proves they are legitimate.

It's when I click on pics and I see bare back puts me off xx
