Can't take rejection.

Why do some guys get all offensive and even abusive when we reply sorry no thanks. We try to be polite but some guys just can't take it. We've had all kinds of abuse and insults thrown at us just because we don't like the look of someone and won't invite them to join us. Does anyone else go thru similar experiences.

We havent had the abuse (yet) but we do get the Why? responses as well as the 'I can be anything you want' ones...

They are just idiots then.

I find the people that abuse the worst are really desperate and really disappointed to be turned down. They don't care if I turn them down cos I have a shit profile. But they can see what they are 'missing out on' with any people that have pics...

Just take it as a weird compliment. x

some people, men and women, just cant handle rejection however polite you are..

it makes me laugh how they try and turn it around as if to say they were trying to do you a favour...

I usually block and move on but I haven't had anyone throw their toys out of the pram for a while

Get your filters up! It's usually the new members with no verifications that act a fool.

Yep I have met some unhinged guys on here..

A few vindictive ones also who have threatened stuff...like reporting me etc...

My not interested reply is always the same....thanks and good luck with your search. Think that is polite enough

Oh yes, from being called shallow because I didn't fancy him (he asked why I thought he wasn't what I was looking for on fab) to being called nothing but a fucking cheap dogging whore because I'd met someone other than him.

they're just knobheads, i tell them that then block them.

only had 2 offensive messages in the past 24 hrs since i opened my filters to older guys.

I find it tends to be guys who your profile clearly says you would not be interested in.

But they don't look, send a message, then read the profile and kick off.

In my case it tends to be short guys

I just delete and block offensive messages.

Others I reply with a polite No Thank You x x. 50% are accepted and the other 50% reply with Why? or,abuse. So you just can't win.

a thousand times this. I rarely get any abusive messages, and I think a lot of it is down to sensible use of filters.
