So recently when reading messages I find myself becoming annoyed at people.

I received 4 messages today from people I have spoken to previously all the same copied and pasted crap so when I told them we have spoken before each one asked for a face picture so do they just send the message to so many women they forget whose who?

So then I reply with some snappy comment.

They also haven't read my profile either.

Is my patience wearing thin or am I just turning into a miserable cow all of a sudden?

They likely send messages to so many people they simply don't recall having gotten in touch with you before. Probably best just to ignore them.

Haha if I know it's copy and paste and they haven't read my profile I don't even message back. At least u did that. I also discovered the block button recently too to avoid another copy and paste.

It's tough for men to get noticed, but that does mean cut and paste messages, and not remembering who exactly has said what.

In my case, if a single woman or couple makes it clear they arn't interested in meeting I block them, to prevent me from messaging them again.

And block them. This is why lots of probably decent guys get blocked, just to prevent them coming back again.

This happens a lot so now I generally block all those who aren't what I'm looking for. I message first though telling them I appreciate their message but they're not my type.

It works in your favour when they are blatantly not what you require as it saves time and effort. I think replying to them if you aren't interested is heading into territory you don't want to be so might be better to just ignore them?

i don't like people wasting my time either so i have a low tolerance for it.

hardly anyone reads my profile though and i expect that now, it doesn't even bother me. nothing much bothers me on here except for being lied to, that fucks with my head a bit.

I don't think you are, if you look at a profile you can see if there has been any previous interaction between you both.

So it's a little bit silly to start messaging like it's a totally new person you're chatting to.

I have a rule where if I come across a profile where there's been previous messages between us, or even if I have messaged amd got no reply, I won't message again. Logic dictating that if it was going to go anywhere then it would have done before, so don't waste my time or intrude on theirs

I've blocked a few and ive always said a polite no thank you which often leads to me getting abuse which I just shrug off.

But lately I've noticed people leaving the site and then reappearing under a new name to try again and it's made me just not want to be polite anymore.

It's just made me take the "no more Mrs nice guy" approach

some people have multiple profiles so that if you block one they can message with the other and i do think it's intentional because one time a guy messaged me, i blocked him coz he'd messaged me a fair few times already, then the next message i got on here was off his alt profile. it freaked me out how quick he was at swapping profiles.

I can barely keep up interest in one profile let alone numerous ones lol.

It makes me laugh how the profiles they have are all worded differently to try and interest numerous people looking for different things

If you delete everything off your 'looking for' list (men, women etc) you don't show up on searches and it massively reduces mail.

I would never expect someone to remember they mailed me before. Hundreds of women profiles... all very similar text and pics.

Zero angst.

I normally start with hi how are you or if it's a couple hi how are you pair but I see it as a thought if they reply I will genuinely talk like you should not uhh wanna fuck but it's the fact that there are so many men on here it's unreal and the women I'm sorry to say are fussy really fussy I do sometimes put big messages to some I really like they match everything I'm looking for also to what they are looking for for it just to be deleted it's a real kick in the teeth

Don't get me wrong when I can tell its s genuine well thought out message I have a little thank you god moment.

But as you said there are so many men on here so surely they should want to stand out.

And women deserve to be fussy same as men I got turned down once because I didnt look like a certain celebrity....no your right I don't look like her no one does apart from the real person.

Every one knows what they want so why waste everyones time messaging if yoy dont fit into what they want move on don't then make a new profile and change everything so you do fit what they want

we had same couple message same ask for face pic we sent it vice versa then a week later same message plus asking for pic which we said you had one they reply of course.week later again same message i mrs had enough and block remove of our list no not bitch,

Why not? It clearly shows any interaction previously prior to them messaging?

There's a lot of features on this site that seem to rarely get taken notice of or used, which is a shame as they are handy little things to stop you making a prat of yourself
