Meeting pregnant women

Do couples here meet pregnant women? We're expecting (17 weeks gone) and found that we get a lot of views but hardly any messages anymore. Not quite like it was before we announced our brilliant news.

Just wondering if others have experiences or thoughts to share on this?

Your update announcement could be seen as letting people know you're not meeting. Maybe state that you are having a baby, but that you still want to meet.

Congratulations by the way !

Never understood the whole pregnancy fetish thing, or why a woman who already has a partner, still want to have sex with loads of people. This subsect and anything to do with insist are the ones that I get all up on my soap box. I'm sorry I just think you should look after your body and your unborn child. It only it's only another 5 months left ffs.

Have you actually got any evidence there's "risk"?

Sex while pregnant may be safe. But the risk of sti's is far greater the more you have contact with. Even protected. Same risks as usual. Except some sti's can cause birth defects and worse.

I wasn't saying that Sex itself is a risk to the baby. That is for most women safe. But condoms only limit the risk of sti transfer. Not prevent it. Some stis cause birth defects and worse. To me that is not worth the risk. Maybe it is to others.

There's never really a good time to get an STI though. People should be getting tested and vetting partners whether they are pregnant or not!

This The concern isn't about sex during pregnancy....it's about risk of contracting STIs

through multiple partners. Fair enough to take that risk as an adult....not acceptable, in my view, to expose the unborn child.

If you're playing with people you know and trust then the probability of hurting the child is probably less than the risks from eating a McDonald's

No there is never a good time and people should get tested. But not all do. And I'm pretty sure getting 1 while pregnant most would consider worse than when not. Most stis have no lasting effects on an adult once treated. They can hAve la sting effects on an unborn baby.

This subject comes up every now and then from women and their partners. You will always get those for and against playing whilst pregnant.

The fact that in swinging in general the exposure to sti's could potentially be higher, even whilst being safe with condoms etc is the main argument people have against the idea. This is because as mentioned above, sti's can cause birth defects with the baby.

However, this risk is small, and is one that you take into consideration each time you have sex with multiple partners.

No one is right or wrong, i have seen pregnant women swing, in clubs etc and it totally your choice to make.

If you are aware of the risks and happy with them (as you should be in any case swinging) then why not. If you are worried then take a break.

The risk factors are also different depending on whether you soft or full swap. Obviously soft swap carries lower risks than full swap. So perhaps something to consider if you wish to carry on.

Whichever decision you make for yourselves good luck and I hope your pregnancy runs smoothly xx

According to the NHS, 20.2% of mothers in the North East smoke whilst pregnant. It's 13.4% nationwide so I bet there are some people who condemned swinging whilst pregnant but still smoked! (Not implying you did personally)

No I didn't, I quit. Smoking restricts the blood flow and introduces chemicals to the baby, increasing risk of premature birth and low birth weights, as well as a cranky baby because of nicotine withdrawal. Some stis can cause physical and developmental defects. I'm not denying the smoking statistic, but I'm not sure how 1 group of parents putting their babies at risk is any justification for a different risk.

Lol, if the mother said she wanted an abortion then the vast majority of the forum would support her, whilst demonising anyone who spoke out against it.

So when it comes to abortion, it's a woman's choice. When it comes to taking a miniscule calculate risk then suddenly it's not!!!

Maybe so but it's a selfish choice to swing when pregnant with many risks involved - the father of the baby should be enough to shag for 9 months, it's not exactly a life time is it?

Is swinging really that important to put a baby at risk just for the sake of a shag...I think not!

I was just thinking the same. She is still a woman with her own mind, not just a vessel. I'm not against it, it's up to her whoever she chooses to do whatever with. If she does fair play to her. I just know when I was pregnant I was an emotional, hormonal wreck and wouldn't be able for meaningless sex lol.

Personally no, I was far healthier and cautious with all my choices through pregnancy, I'd not try to speak for others, all I'm trying to say, is the risk of causing physical or mental defects to a developing child through having sex with multiple partners, is not a risk I would be comfortable taking, no matter how small, it's an easily avoided risk. Maybe 7 pregnancys and 1 surviving child has made me sound a little prudish, but I'd not wish another parent to go through the pain.

(Just to be clear mine were not STI, smoking, diet or driving related-just shit happens)

I never suggested people didn't get tested but you can pick things up between tests, if you get tested every 12 weeks catch something 4 weeks later that 8 weeks your walking round unawear of the fact you have something

You know it happens

Not all sti's show symptoms so not all sti's would give to reason to get tested sooner

People do catch sti's between testing if it wasn't possible we wouldn't bother getting tested

Apart from hubby I was the only other man she was having sex with.

Had lots of fun with her, and she gave birth to healthy baby 2 months later.

Had No Issues with that scenario; just fun all the way...

That's great, but if the person they were seeing had an sti the end could have been very different. Which is why for me, that situation wouldnt happen."

True, if the person had a STI the end could be different - I get your point.

Just that in my own scenario with this pregnant lady, I was the only guy she was having sex with, and I had recent test results to prove I was STI Free, hence there were no issues.

"So many things are a serious health risk to baby. It's beyond me how anyone can feel it's a worth while risk for a fuck.

According to the NHS "it's perfectly safe to have sex during pregnancy. Your partners can't penetrate beyond your vagina, and the baby cannot tell what's going on."

Have you actually got any evidence there's "risk"?

I wasn't saying that Sex itself is a risk to the baby. That is for most women safe. But condoms only limit the risk of sti transfer. Not prevent it. Some stis cause birth defects and worse. To me that is not worth the risk. Maybe it is to others.

There's never really a good time to get an STI though. People should be getting tested and vetting partners whether they are pregnant or not!

No there is never a good time and people should get tested. But not all do. And I'm pretty sure getting 1 while pregnant most would consider worse than when not. Most stis have no lasting effects on an adult once treated. They can hAve la sting effects on an unborn baby.

Because there is risk everywhere and most people being judgemental here don't care to measure it. Most of them probably took far greater risks with their diet, driving habits and perhaps smoking, but they still feel justified in condemning others here.

(Just to be clear mine were not STI, smoking, diet or driving related-just shit happens)"

I have absolutely no problem with your choices, you aren't the one coming on here with sweeping judgemental statements.

Behind a lot of these comments is a unhealthy, misogynistic idea that sex is a luxury rather than a healthy part of a relationship and an idea that women need to divorce themselves from pleasure for 18 years while they raise a child.

"Sorry, can't believe someone would want to put a poor innocent baby a risk just for sex!

I agree with the ladies on here that you are putting the baby at risk to STIs (even if you use protection) and you don't know these men your entertaining.

Not sure how social services would view your choice of lifestyle when it comes to child protection! Please rethink your actions.

"

In my own scenario, this pregnant lady was not entertaining "other men"- only me.

I get tested regularly and my results were negative. Furthermore I wasn't having sex with anyone else but her; so there was no risk of me picking up something from someone else and passing it on.

No 1s said it's not a healthy part of a relationship, or that abstaining for 18 yr's is needed, just that abstaining from sex outside of the relationship for the duration of the pregnancy is safer for the baby.

Just wondering if others have experiences or thoughts to share on this?

"

A couple I had regular fun with still met me while pregnant but she made a choice to just have soft play. I was cool with that (and would have been cool with any choice she made) and we had some lovely sensual fun tight up until her 8th month. I loved how she looked and she liked being admired.

Damn some of these comments are a bit much.

This couple are asking for advice, not to be lectured.

I can't say I agree with having sex with others, other than baby dad during pregnancy but it's this womans choice.

No doubt she's probably feeling awful right now after reading some of the comments. If you can't offer advice on what was asked and got nothing nice to say then just move on.

I would of thought people on here should have an open mind. What's for one person may not be for another.

The amazing is that there is this assumption that this female wants to have sex with other men lol

We've never had a full swap meet and certainly aren't going to start now.

What a very sad state where judgmental views override common sense in any case.

Thanks for comments of support. Much appreciated xxx

Full swap or soft. There are risks. Only you guys as a couple can decide if you consider the risk low enough to chance, enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck.

I've slept with a ex partner who was 6 months gone.

There aren't any issue's i as protection was used and both of us being healthy.

Only issues during sex was she was limited to a few positions because of pressure on the bump.

Ooh and me being a worrier and checking to see if she felt okay.

I've just read your post about you not talking about meeting men, and i'm 99.99% convinced that it is also safe with women! Lol!

We've just had our second, although we didn't meet during the pregnancy, we probably would have if we just had enough time to and also the morning sickness was a bitch!!

We still had some cam fun and pic messaging and a woman being pregnant can be the most sexiest thing!

Good luck x

I'd read again. At no point was I ranting. I had a discussion on a public forum with a couple who could hold a calm conversation. Did you not consider that some folk might have a different view to yourselves? At no point have I said it's got anything to do witheverything what anyone else chosen to do. I discussed a topic that was posted and shared my point of view.

First time writing on one of these.

Im due to have my baby next week.

Most the people commenting on here have said that the partner should be enough during the pregnancy. What if you don't have a partner??

I didn't find out I was pregnant till 4 months and have no contact with the father since then as I wouldn't have a abortion for him. "I felt 19 weeks was too far"

Pregnant women may feel uncomfortable about there body's changing others may feel incredible horny all the time.

I chose not to meet as I have had a painful pregnancy but I've gone through two wands lol

I've had friends in the vanilla world that have had there boyfriends/husbands cheat on them during there pregnancy with and without protection. Basically you can never be 100% safe unless you put the closed sign up for 9 months.

Personally I think it's up to the woman if she wants to play and is protected what's the harm?

Think it's sad that people are so judgmental, you can have your say but no need to be nasty about it.

I put some pics up of my body changing as I liked showing off my round belly, most have been complimentary but have had some tell me how disgusting I look. Sex = pregnancy what on earth is disgusting about a woman's pregnant body.

I think for any couples or single ladies that want to play while pregnant it's your choice just be safe.

ET, the cervix is closed until birth. What do you think is going to get in? It is not your hymen that seals over when you get pregnant hence mother nature makes that area still accessible. Her partner could get an sti from someone else and still give it to her.

Considering that fertile women are naturally designed to be either pregnant or breadtfeeding, not on the pill etc, one does wonder what elevated status you think think these conditions have for both partners to not want physical closeness with each ...or someone else...

In fact this is the fourth time this topic keep coming up.I won't change my position or stance.if any woman can't abstained from sex with strangers during her pregnancy, SHE NOT FIT TO BE A MOTHERHOOD. Due consideration for the unborn baby is paramount she need to check her sexual libido.this may sound crass to some people.I don't care. Have fun with your hubby not total strangers

Does not quite consitute a sentence in English sadly...

Look, if you dont think pregnant women should have sex, make sure you dont have sex if you get pregnant...

Now if you happen to be a man, your opinion is just that and you can drop the caps.

Why would you shout (caps lock equates to shouting) at a woman what you think is the correct sexual etiquette for her?

Secondly, we would love to play with a pregnant lady. I would expect to be a lot more wary about things if it was me and more cautious than ever over protection and how much control I had over the penertration. But its one of Mr biggest fantasies. I think the immunity level drops and body defences are weakest during the pregnancy. Also the would be Mother has severe restrictions on taking medication. Considering all this, the risk level are significantly higher and perhaps why I believe it would not be a good idea to swing during pregnancy.

The choice is yours after all it's your body and your baby
