You can get it from most chemists with an prescription from them. I know boots and Lloyds both do it. Just answer the questions correctly and they'll give you it.

North Herts

Lloyds, Boots and Superdrug all have an on-line system where you can apply and then once the on-line doctor has approved your request you can collect your prescription in store - think it can be done same day.
