I know you can't always tell at a glance, but one of the reasons I do insist on a social meet is you can get a rough idea about someone's personal hygiene.

If they have dirty nails, greasy hair, have a smell of bo...likelihood their Johnson isn't familiar with water and shower gel! As I also like anal play - well...doesn't bear thinking about what the state of their crack will be like!
