If I send someone a message first, I'll include a face pic. If they initiate the contact, I expect them to do likewise else I won't reply.

I think when people message others they are interested in they should include a face pic. Especially the silhouetters. I respect others' right not to have public pics but those actively in the market for meets ought to have at least one in private. Noone will meet without seeing a face pic, I really dont see why I should give out my email address when we have a perfectly good messaging system here, I dont see why I should have to log onto other applications to see a pic. Of course those who are here just for chat or who only play from contacts at socials seems fair enough, but im not going out of my way to see an elusive pic when there are loads of nice guys who've made an effort.
